Zebra announce price increases for
barcode ribbon consumables
Zebra have announced that they will be increasing their barcode ribbon prices from the 1st October. The price rises come as a result of increased material costs of between 10% and 30% within the thermal transfer ribbon market.
Although some costs have been absorbed by the manufacturers and Zebra, they are simply unable to absorb all the costs without passing some on to their customers. Zebra are making every effort to minimise the impact to their partners, and remain committed to providing the most reliable and competitive barcode ribbon products readily available in the market.
Zebra’s ribbon prices will be increased as follows:
- Wax products will increase by 5%
- Wax/resin and 4800 resin products will increase by 3%
